This course will prepare students for middle school-level writing assignments. Students will practice writing creatively and descriptively while also learning to craft well-written paragraphs that flow smoothly from introduction to conclusion. By the end of the week, students will have written several pieces of their own and might even learn a few fun word games along the way! Materials needed for this class include a composition book or notepad and pen or pencil for writing down ideas. Students should also have access to a word-processing program (Word, Google Docs). All supplies will be the responsibility of the student.
