For Middle & High School Students. Art transforms hearts, minds, and social movements.  Throughout history and into present day, art has served as a reflection of the times we are living. Artists use their distinctive vantage point to make powerful, influential statements on social justice issues of their time. After examining current social justice issues students will create art that illustrates and raises awareness about what is important to them. The class will be a combination of study, exploration, and hands-on creation of art.
