Course number : LIR181   ID : 23955    Section Number : 1
« back to classes page
Explore the promises and perils of different comparative practices in the history of the world’s religions and how they can help us navigate and understand our globalized, pluralistic, postmodern world. This course continues the exploration we began with the Spring 22 offering. But newcomers are welcome and should not be discouraged from attending.  For this course, we highly recommend that you read the second half of "Comparing Religions" by Jeffrey J. Kripal, chapters 7-12, available in both print and e-reader forms.
