Can our Republic survive? Abraham Lincoln asked this question more than two decades before the Civil War. In this class, Nancy Spannaus, author of Hamilton Versus Wall Street, will focus on the thoughts, policies, and experiences that defined Lincoln's approach to the nation's crisis. Special focus will be given to key Lincoln speeches, which students will be encouraged to read and discuss. There's lots to learn from this Hamiltonian President.
