3-D Modeling: Digital Art on the Computer - Ages 8-12: Utilize Blender software, which runs on Windows, macOS or Linux computers (it doesn't work on a Chromebook.) All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/20 REGISTER 7/27

Adventure: Rainforest - Ages 6-9: Materials needed include white paper, pencil, glue stick, eraser, watercolors or water-based markers, construction paper variety of colors:  and crayons. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/20
 
Animal Art Attack - Ages 7-10: Materials needed are mostly things you can find around the house like water bottles, pencils, string, rubber bands, washable school glue, liquid dish soap, food coloring, tissue paper variety of colors:  a ruler, scissors, scotch tape, construction paper variety of colors:  balloons, curling ribbon, liquid school glue, origami paper any thin paper will do:  mid-calf socks 4 total:  rice, googly eyes and leaves.  All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 8/10 
 
Around the World in 5 Days - Ages 7-11: A supply list will be provided one week before the start of class with an anticipated cost of no more than $20, or $0, depending upon what you can find around the house.  All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 8/10 
 
Arts and Crafts with Paper - Ages 10-14: A suggested supply list will be provided one week before the start of class with an anticipated cost of no more than $30, or as little as $10, depending upon what you already have at home. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/27

Beginning Watercolor - Ages 10-14: Materials needed include a 9” x 12” watercolor paper tablet, watercolor paint set at least 8 colors:  watercolor brushes, plastic paint pallet, and masking tape. The anticipated cost of supplies will be approximately $25.00. This price may vary depending on the type of paper, brushes, and paint and the amount of supplies that you already have at home. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/6

Clay-Mation Movie Magic - Ages 8-12: Materials needed include either a digital camera, iPad or phone, with Stop Motion Studio program FREE or $5-$10, depending upon what device you are using:  a tripod or a way to hold up device to take pictures, 2 lamps or access to a well-lighted area,  a large piece of cardboard 16x20: to build your scene on, white paper, markers, crayons, or colored pencils and paper. Coding with Scratch: Art - Ages 8-12: Materials needed include a computer with stable internet service and a webcam. REGISTER 8/3
 
Coding with Scratch: Music & Sound - Ages 8-12:  Students will create characters, music sound effects, and build a digital art display. Materials needed  include a computer with stable internet service and a webcam. REGISTER 7/27

Creative Writing for Middle School Students - Materials needed include a word processor, spiral notebooks, and things with which to write. Microsoft Word is highly recommended. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/6REGISTER 8/10
 
Creative Writing Warriors - Ages 9-12 or 10 -13: Materials needed include a notebook, a pen or pencil, and a Google account to access Google Drive. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/13 REGISTER 7/27

DIY Bedroom Makeover - Ages 11-14: Materials needed include a small canvas or canvas board, acrylic or tempera paint and brushes, colored card stock, metal clothes hanger, glue, scissors, Washi tape, a light switch plate cover that fits your room, twigs from the backyard, and some costume jewelry. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/20
 
Duct Tape Creations - Ages 8-12: Materials needed include at least three rolls of Duct Tape in various colors and scissors. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 8/10

Forensic Science Academy - Ages 11-15:  Materials needed include cornstarch, food coloring, baby or talc powder, cocoa powder, iodine, hydrogen peroxide, lemon juice, cotton swabs, measuring cups and spoons, bowls, printer paper, coffee filters, paper towels, nail polish remover, rubbing alcohol, corn syrup, ruler, protractor, aluminum foil, aluminum or Pyrex pie or cake pan, black pen, black markers different types: washable, permanent, felt tip, etc.:  paint brushes, eye dropper, clear dish soap, plastic cup, glass jar or cup, clear tape. Harry Potter & the Horror Fiction Genre - Ages 11-14: Students should have a composition book or notepad and a pen or pencil available to write down ideas. If they have the Harry Potter books available, students might find them useful, but they are not necessary. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/27

It's Elemental: Chemistry through the use of the Periodic Table of Elements - Ages 10 – 15: Materials needed for class include baking soda, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, yeast, nail polish remover, iodine, sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice, vitamin c tablets, aluminum foil, food coloring, alum powder found in the spice aisle:  measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, clear jars or cups, cotton swabs, coffee filter or fine mesh strainer, Styrofoam cup, plate or tray, plastic wrap, spoons, zip lock baggies, goggles or sunglasses to protect your eyes:  pennies, Alka-Seltzer, pencil, cardboard, string. Ooey Gooey - Ages 7-11: Materials needed include measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls or containers, spoons, containers for storage plastic air tight is best:  1 bottle of white glue and 1 bottle of clear glue, cornstarch, 1 can of cheap shaving cream not gel:  contact solution that contains sodium borate and boric acid:  baking soda, food coloring, vegetable oil, Alka-Seltzer tablets, vinegar, empty glass jar or plastic water bottle with a tight fitting lid, sugar, dish soap, glycerin, corn syrup, salt, warm and cold water. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/6  
 
Open Build Lego Challenge - Ages 6-8: Materials needed iinclude a bin of LEGOs®. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/27

Painting on Canvas - Ages 8-12: Materials needed include any size stretched canvas or canvas boards, available at craft/art stores or online:  acrylic paints red, blue, yellow, white, black: large and small acrylic paint brushes. Prepare for Middle School Writing - Ages 11-14: - Materials needed include a composition book or notepad and pen or pencil for writing down ideas. Recycled Journal Created by You! - Ages 10-14:  Materials needed include an old book, journal or composition book, various papers from around the house, pencil, objects for printmaking bottle caps, bubble wrap, TP roll, etc:  paint various colors of either watercolors, tempera, or acrylic:  markers, crayons, or any art supplies at your disposal.  All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/13  
 
Rube Goldberg Machine: A Crazy Solution to a Simple Task  - Ages  8-11 and 11-14: Suggested materials needed include tapeduct tape preferred but any kind of tape:  glue, string, scissors, foil, toilet/paper towel cardboard tubes, paper cups different sizes:  plastic spoons, cardboard boxes, paper, small toy cars, marbles, dominoes, balloons, toothpicks or thumbtacks, books, funnels, tennis or other types of balls, other household items and toys of student's choice. Sketching & Drawing for Beginners - Ages 8-12: Materials needed include white paper variety of sizes and weights:  pencils 2HB, 2 B, 6B:  standard pink eraser, blending tool a tortillon preferred but a Q-tip will work:  watercolors and colored pencils. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/27   
 
Smart Cents - Ages 9-11 and 12 - 14:  Materials needed include something to write with and a calculator.  All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/6REGISTER 8/3 
 
Space Exploration - Ages 7-11: A supply list will be provided one week before the start of class with an anticipated cost of no more than $20, or $0, depending upon what you can find around the house.  All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 8/3 
 
STEM Challenge - Materials needed include pencils, rubber bands, toilet paper/paper towel tubes, tape duct tape preferred but any kind of tape:  scissors, hole punch, paper clips, foil, clay or play-doh, straws, construction paper and regular paper, pom poms or cotton balls, paper cups different sizes:  cardboard boxes, craft sticks, ruler, toothpicks, spaghetti, marshmallows small size:  index cards, spoons, balloons, string and glue. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/27 
 
Stop Motion Animation - Ages 8-12: Supplies needed include LEGOs® and two  LEGO figures or any other toy that can take a pose and stand on its own, cardboard to fashion a trifold board for a backdrop/stage, crayons or markers, construction paper, an iPhone/iPad/tablet with Stop Motion Studio installed FREE or $5-$10, depending upon what device you are using:  a tripod or a way to hold up device to take pictures, 2 lamps or access to a well-lighted area. Study Skills and Test Taking Strategies for Middle School Students - Materials needed include a spiral notebook with dividers, something to write with, a small day planner or calendar, and a combination lock optional: to practice opening and closing your locker. Teens in the Kitchen Online: Breakfast for Lunch - Grades 6-10:  Materials needed include use of oven and stove top, basic cooking utensils, mixing bowls, and measuring cups/spoons. A complete supply list will be provided one week before the start of class with an anticipated cost of $50, however it could be much less depending upon what basic cooking supplies are already in your kitchen. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/20

The ABC’s & 1,2,3’s of American Sign Language - Ages 9-12: Materials needed include a 3-ring binder or a folder. Except for vocabulary packets, which will be distributed by mail or by organized student pick-up TBD:  all supplies will be the responsibility of the student. REGISTER 7/6 
 
The Magic of Disney - Ages 6-9: Materials needed include crayons, markers, pencils, stapler, acrylic or tempera paint red, black, and white:  watercolor paint variety of colors:  paint brushes, 1 pack of sticky notes, and scotch tape. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student except for specialized supplies that will be distributed by mail or organized student pick-up. REGISTER 8/3
