Cozy Creations: Make Your Own Fleece Blanket

Students will design and create their very own cozy fleece blanket in this fun, hands-on class. They will follow simple, step-by-step instructions to cut, assemble, and tie their blanket while learning helpful crafting techniques along the way. By the end of the course, each student will take home a finished blanket and learn how to properly care for it so it stays soft and cozy for years to come. This unique non-credit course was developed for adults with developmental disabilities to support their ability to function more independently at home, at work, and in the community.
