Join us as we explore the wine regions of southern France including the famous Rhône Valley, Provence, Languedoc-Roussillon and the beautiful island of Corsica. We will explore the factors that are critical to successful wine production in this region, including the geographically diverse terroir, the Mediterranean climate and centuries-old winemaking techniques still followed today. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy tasting a selection of wines from the region, focusing on aromas, flavors and the influence of terroir. No previous wine knowledge is required.
