Become a Real Estate Agent or Home Inspector

Real estate agent showing documents to new home buyers in front of a house Begin a new career as a state-licensed Real Estate Agent or Home Inspector. Both programs prepare you for Maryland state licensing exams, with valid licenses eligible for academic credit conversion.

Real Estate Licensing Preparation requires 60 contact hours and Home Inspection Pre-Licensure requires 72, offered in the evenings and on weekends. Hybrid and in-person formats are available to fit your schedule.
