• REA203 Principles and Practices of Real Estate in Maryland
or
• CPD323 Home Inspection Pre-Licensure
Duration & Format
• Duration: Three months*
• Timing: Evening & weekend classes*
• Classroom Format: In-person participation required
Requirements
• Real Estate: State of Maryland requires at least 60 hours of classroom instruction prior to exam.
• Home Inspection: State of Maryland requires at least 72 hours of classroom instruction prior to exam.
• Participating students are required to be on time and sign in/out for each class.
