Workforce Training Certificates Requirements & Information
Eligibility Requirements
- To receive a Workforce Training Certificate, participants are required to successfully complete a designated course, or series of courses, identified as a Workforce Training Certificate program, as approved by the College.
- Students may request approval to transfer up to 25% of total Certificate contact hours of prior learning from an accredited institution for some Workforce Training Certificates.
- Please note, course substitutions are not permitted and completion is based upon competency.
- Workforce Training Certificates are awarded to participants each month.
- All Workforce Training Certificates consist of Continuing Education (non-credit) courses with fee structures subject to change.
- Workforce Training Certificate courses are not eligible for federal financial aid.
- We welcome group tours to the Monroe Center to see our labs, visit the classrooms, meet our instructors, and more.
- Group tours are designed for middle and high school, adult, and community groups or organizations who wish to schedule a visit with Frederick Community College, either virtually or in person.
