Youth Scholarship Opportunity
The Frederick Community College Foundation invites eligible families to apply for a Youth Programs Summer Scholarship valued at up to $300 per child. Eligibility requirements focus on family residency status, age of child(ren), registration in summer 2025 programs, and total family annual income, with specific details noted on the application. A separate application may be completed for each eligible child with supporting documents attached to at least one of the applications. Our dedicated instructors provide essential knowledge about the topic at hand while actively engaging and supporting each participant throughout their learning experience.
Individual programs, with a variety of topics focusing on specific knowledge and skills, also incorporate the importance of time management, critical thinking, and collaborative work to build a strong foundation for continued success in the future. Flexible, affordable, and convenient classes are now enrolling.

Kids on Campus
Registration Opens January 21!
Kids on Campus (KOC), a Maryland Certified Youth Camp, offers full and half-day programs with adventures in science & technology, culinary & creative arts, theater production, the great outdoors, literature & language, and more. Our unique collection of summer programs, designed for kids ages 8 to 15, provides a wide range of hands-on supervised activities throughout our campus, encouraging everyone to explore and learn while having fun in a safe environment.
