Join us to savor fresh-baked goods made exclusively by our HCTI students on site at the Monroe Center. Shop for homemade soups, chocolate chip cookies, scones, blueberry muffins, eclairs, lemon tarts, soft pretzels, focaccia, assorted breads, opera cake, Danishes, croissants, and more! We only accept credit card payments. All proceeds directly support student learning in the HCTI program and are managed by the FCC Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

200 Monroe Restaurant is Now Open Please note - all reservations are currently full, however, we encourage you to check back periodically for any cancellations and newly available openings. HCTI is offering a high-quality dining experience as our students, under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Maître d’ instructors, showcase their hospitality and culinary skills in our open-kitchen restaurant setting. The restaurant is open Thursdays, now through December 4*, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. *With the exceptions of November 20 & 27. View our menu, make a reservation, and more.

HCTI Director Receives National Technology Award
Director Elizabeth DeRose recently received national recognition for incorporating modern culinary technology into the HCTI culinary kitchen. With a Perkins grant, DeRose secured Rational iCombi Pro ovens and advanced audio-visual equipment, significantly enhancing menu flexibility, recipe consistency, and production efficiency.
