Youth Programs Summer Registration

Check out all-new programs and classic summer favorites at FCC this summer. Kids and teens are invited to weekly morning and afternoon programs weekdays from mid June through early August at Frederick Community College. Get ready to perform amazing science experiments, master robotics, cook up cool new recipes, challenge the laws of physics, join our new blacklight theater, design your own video game, master digital photography, and more! Frederick Community College Covid-19 Protocols

We remain committed to following guidelines and recommendations from health agency experts, including the CDC and the Frederick County Health Department. All areas of the College are open as normally scheduled. Masks are optional in indoor spaces on the Frederick Community College main campus and Monroe Center, with some exceptions. New African American History Lecture Series

The African American History lecture series, which was organized for Frederick Community College (FCC) and is presented by instructors from the African American Resources-Cultural and Heritage (AARCH) Society, offers opportunities to expand students’ knowledge and understanding about present-day Frederick by learning about the history of African Americans in Frederick County. The lectures provide both regional and national perspectives as well as perspectives on contemporary life in the county. Free to attend, however, registeration is required. Learn more >>

200 Monroe Receives Positive Accolades, Again!

OpenTable diners voted 200 Monroe as one of the best around in 2021. Led by the executive chef and FCC Hospitality, Culinary, and Tourism Institute (HCTI) instructors, the restaurant has also received additional positive accolades as one of only two restaurants to receive a five-star review by Frederick News-Post food critics as well. 200 Monroe continues to be named to numerous OpenTable Diners’ Choice lists, including the best overall, best value, fit for foodies, great for lunch, and best food lists. HCTI Earns ACFEF Postsecondary Accreditation

Accredited by The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) Accrediting Commission, the Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Institute (HCTI) at Frederick Community College has demonstrated the understanding of and compliance with ACFEF-accredited standards for Program Eligibility, Program Mission and Goals, Organization and Administration, Faculty and Staff, Curriculum, Facilities, Student Services, and Program Assessment. New Logistics & Production Technology Training Program

The new Frederick Community College Logistics & Production Technology program delivers in-depth knowledge and applied experience for successful entry-level positions into the Supply Chain, Biotechnology, and Manufacturing industries, which continue to be high-growth and high-demand industries in Frederick County. This specialized training develops essential core skills for front-line positions in materials handling and supply chain logistics at fulfillment centers, warehouses, distribution centers, and factories. Self-Service Feature Available to Manage Your Schedule Online 

We know, life happens. Plans change. And sometimes those changes include the need to cancel a class registration. You can do this online with our self-service cancellation feature, or the "self-drop" option. Available on select classes up to 7 days prior to the class start date, this option is accessible from your account dashboard. After signing into your account, scroll down and click "Go To My Dashboard". Click on the green drop down Menu bar on the left and click Cancel to display classes eligible for this service.
