Kids on Campus Summer Registration Continues
Mark your calendars and get ready for a fun-filled summer at FCC! With adventures in science & technology, culinary & creative arts, robotics, music, and more, our unique collection of summer programs are especially designed for kids ages 8 to 15 years. A Maryland Certified Youth Camp, Kids on Campus provides a wide range of hands-on supervised activities throughout our campus, encouraging everyone to explore and learn while having fun in a safe environment. Browse programs and register online!

King Arthur Baking Company Partners with HCTI
King Arthur Baking Company is sponsoring a recipe contest for HCTI students, awarding valuable scholarship prizes. After creating a unique baked good which reflects their heritage using King Arthur Baiting Company flour, students  submit their entries by 3/8/25. A grand prizewinner and two runner-ups will be chosen on 4/17. The event culminates with the popular HCTI Bakery Pop-Up Sale, with King Arthur on hand. Join us for the Bakery Pop-Up to support our students and meet King Arthur bakers and chefs!

200 Monroe Restaurant Accepting Reservations
Join us for a high-quality dining experience as our students, under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Maître d’ instructors, showcase their hospitality and culinary skills in our open-kitchen restaurant setting. Our exclusive three-course dinner menu offers your choice of starter, entrée, dessert, and beverage, for an all-inclusive price. The restaurant is open Thursdays March 6 to May 8*, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.

CPR & First Aid Training Now Available in Spanish
We’re excited to provide CPR and first aid training entirely in Spanish to make these life-saving skills more accessible to the community. Following the guidelines of the American Heart Association to ensure the highest standard of training, this expert-led training provides participants with essential skills to confidently respond to emergencies. Open to everyone with no prior experience is needed.
