Dementia 101 will provide a basic understanding of dementia. This class will define the term dementia and discuss the difference between normal aging and dementia. We will investigate the difference between reversible and irreversible forms of dementias, as well as examining dementia risk factors. We will explore the symptoms of various types of dementia, the dementia diagnostic process, and current research.
