Introduces classical Latin language. Presents the study of Latin grammar and vocabulary through reading a story in Latin that progresses through the language. The text uses a combination of pictures and marginal notes to make the meaning of the text obvious. The text used is Lingua Latina Per Se Illustrata Pars I: Familia Romana. It is recommended that students have their own text, but printouts will be provided. The text can be purchased online or through most bookstores.
