This course introduces general aspects of building trades, the building process, and its phases. Topics include blueprint reading, Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) divisions, construction & project management, scheduling, estimating, and new construction technology as it relates to construction. The course also includes an overview of applicable equipment and materials required in the building trades.
