With a special grant from Carroll Technology & Innovation Council, participation is available at a reduced cost of only $21 per student. Additional Information
• Courses requiring prerequisites or program manager approval may not be available for online registration. See course descriptions for details.
• Frederick County Public School students may receive free tuition through Dual Enrollment at FCC for all courses.  Fee and book scholarships may be available for select programs. Students should speak with their high school counselor first if they plan to enroll in an FCC workforce development course or program. 
• Residency fees apply ($5 per course for residents outside Frederick County and $10 per course for non-Maryland students).
