Learn how the winemaker gets those glorious little bubbles into the bottle. Join us as we explore the history of Champagne and the primary methods of making sparkling wine -  Methode Traditional and Charmat. We will taste sparkling wines from around the world made in different styles and non-traditional varietals, such as Viognier or Pinot Blanc. Roughly one-quarter of all American adults are sparkling wine consumers. Perhaps you will discover your new favorite.
