Celebrating 50 years of The Vance Stance® with the creator! Eliminate chronic pain and learn the root of misalignment and stiffness that can cause scoliosis, bunions, sciatica, back and neck pain, pre-mature aging, and more. Learn The Vance Stance® by Vance Bonner, PhD. In this course, you’ll learn how to stand, walk, sit, sleep, and drive in harmony with gravity. This will increase your alignment and flexibility. Students should wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to participate bare footed on a carpeted surface. Bring a towel to class. It's recommended but not necessary that you purchase The Vance Stance® by Vance Bonner, PhD as a companion to the course. The instructor will provide details on how to purchase the book during your first class. Returning students are welcome to attend.
