Chef4Health is inspiring a healthy lifestyle through whole food cuisine. This four-week program provides an overview of the individual “WHY”s for being or becoming healthier and how a nutritious, easy to prepare eating plan can be a key component to lifestyle change. We’ll go over what healthy is and is not, how to navigate the grocery store, kitchen basics, sick care, and more including suggested reading lists.
