In this course offered through the Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Institute, participants will learn to cook healthy, delicious recipes and learn basic nutrition concepts such as building a healthy meal, eating on a budget, and meal planning. Participants will learn cooking techniques based on Mediterranean Diet principles and will prepare different recipes each week learning how to make terrific, delicious food that just happens to be good for you!
