This investigative field trip involves the use of ghost hunting equipment and takes place in the evening hours. Only students who have attended the Ghost Hunting 101 class are permitted to attend the investigation. Portions of the investigation will occur in the dark. The group size will be kept small. Students are to provide their own transportation to the Historic Rainworth Lodge in Gettysburg, and they are also encouraged to bring ghost hunting equipment if they desire. The Lodge will be closed to the public until the following morning. Both the lodge and the 2.5-acre estate will be available for the investigation. All registered students may spend the night at the lodge if they desire though having private quarters cannot be guaranteed. An email with additional details will be sent one week prior to the course date.
