This course gives students the opportunity to explore cooking for different purposes, using a variety of techniques. The theme based classes allow the students to explore new cultures, dining traditions, and foods. This unique non-credit course was developed for adults with developmental disabilities to support their ability to function more independently at home, at work, and in the community.
