Hoop dance has taken the world by storm—and now it’s your turn to join the fun! In this lively, hands-on class, you’ll learn exciting hoop dance techniques, dazzling tricks, and smooth hoop flow, all while exploring new ways to express yourself through movement. Whether you’re brand-new to hooping or already have a few tricks up your sleeve, Soolah will guide you every step of the way—helping beginners feel confident inside the hoop and showing experienced hoopers how to expand their repertoire with fresh moves. Come ready to play, laugh, and unleash your creativity! This unique non-credit course was developed for adults with developmental disabilities to support their ability to function more independently at home, at work, and in the community.
