Do you love animals and want to explore the amazing world they live in? Join our fun, hands-on animal adventure class designed to be welcoming, creative, and accessible for all learners! Each day, you’ll discover new animals in exciting and interactive ways. You’ll get to observe fish and frogs up close, create animal-themed crafts, build a cozy bird’s nest, meet friendly therapy dogs, and explore your favorite creatures in a supportive and engaging environment. This unique non-credit course was developed for adults with developmental disabilities to support their ability to function more independently at home, at work, and in the community.

Please read:  Disclaimer: Special Visit from Diego – Important Information: We are excited to share that our Wellness Ambassador, Diego, a gentle and trained Golden Retriever, will be visiting our class! Diego is an FCC employee who works with the Counseling & Wellness Services Department and Mental Health Team. If a student has severe allergies, asthma concerns, or sensory sensitivities, accommodations will be arranged to ensure safety and comfort. Additional information regarding Diego's visit will be provided upon registration. This course will meet on campus in an in-person environment.
