Frederick Uncovered brings the city’s past to life through engaging stories, historic places, and surprising facts. This entertaining lecture series reveals the moments and people that shaped Frederick, Maryland. Learn about significant landmarks and symbols found around the City of Frederick. We’ll cover the origin and history of these landmarks including the key, cast iron dog statues, palmetto plant, and the many clustered spires found throughout the city. This fun class will include fun games as we learn about history.
