ESL Foundations: Low Intermediate

This continuing education course is designed for low intermediate English language learners who are new to the Adult Education program and Frederick Community College (FCC). Students will develop language and practical skills to navigate the college, communicate with instructors, understand class expectations, manage their time, and build effective study and communication skills. Topics include reading campus maps, setting academic goals, accessing campus resources, problem-solving, and responding to emergencies. By the end of the course, students will feel more confident participating in classes and using FCC services.
