Would you like to have a sharp mind and a strong memory as you age? Learn how to use the brain's natural ability to adapt and change (i.e., neuroplasticity) to improve your memory through brain training exercises, enhance your ability to learn new information, and increase your cognitive abilities. Specific topics include: memory terminology, memory neurophysiology, lifestyle factors that impact memory, how technology affects memory, and brain training exercises.
