Successful aging in your home means planning and identifying specific aspects that are most important to you. Your health and well-being should play a major role. This course will provide information about factors that affect aging, understanding normal aging versus chronic/acute conditions, health concerns that affect your ability to age in place, and recognizing how your psychological wellbeing and your health are closely linked as you age.

Please read:  This Structured Remote Course is entirely online. The course meets as a real-time online session during the scheduled class time. This course is offered in an online format only. Students must be able to access the course from your own computer/tablet using a link that will be emailed at least one business day prior to the course start.
