This unique non-credit course was developed for adults with developmental disabilities to support their ability to function more independently at home, at work, and in the community. Does your lifestyle require you to eat gluten-free? Are you interested in learning how to make gluten-free baked goods? If so, visit the new Life Skills classroom for this demonstration session to learn how to make three gluten-free goodies. Recipes and to-go samples will be provided. NOTE: This class is NOT a nut-free or peanut-free class.
