Are you suffering the effects of chronic stress? Rapidly recover your inner sense of calm and release years of tension as you experience improvement on a fundamental, neurological level. We'll explore breathing, attention, and slow, subtle movement using the Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education. You may choose to sit in a chair or lie on a mat. Open to all, including those with difficulty moving.
