Build models of platonic solids and a geodesic dome big enough to sit in. Make string art and tessellations, or cut a five-pointed star. This distance learning experience will bring hands-on geometry projects to your living room. Materials needed for this class include a pencil, paper, scissors, tape, ruler, cardstock or manila file folders to cut up, newspapers, masking tape, cereal box cardboard, and thread or yarn. Students will also need to print PDF files provided by the instructor. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student.
