Survive! That is the goal in this class where you create your own civilization. The first task is simple: survive the night and build a shelter. The next goal is to build a civilization that includes finding a source of water, building homes, creating food supplies, paving roads and establishing an economy. Who’s going to be in charge of farming? Building? Defending the city? Discover how societies grew from simple settlements into empires as each student takes on the responsibility of specific roles necessary to create a worthwhile place to live. Students must have Minecraft on their computer to participate, preferably Nintendo Switch Edition, Xbox One Edition, iOS/Tablet. Java Edition Minecraft is not ideal but can be used if necessary. All supplies will be the responsibility of the student.
