This unique non-credit course was developed for adults with developmental disabilities to support their ability to function more independently at home, at work, and in the community.  This section of Gluten Free Baking will be taught through Zoom and in the comfort of your home. Does your lifestyle require you to eat gluten-free? Are you interested in learning how to make gluten-free baked goods? If so, join this class by Zoom and learn how to make three gluten-free goodies. NOTE: This class is NOT a nut-free or peanut-free class. All recipes will be provided at the end of class.

Please read:  This remote class is co-listed with a face-to-face class. In order to comply with social distancing guidelines, Only those registered for the face-to-face class can attend in person. This Structured Remote Course is entirely online. The course meets as a real-time online session during the scheduled class time. This course is offered in an online format only. Students must be able to access the course from your own computer/tablet using a link that will be emailed at least one business day prior to the course start. FCC will not be able to provide individual technical support to students during the class sessions. Should you experience difficulties and not be able to access the course, please contact the program office. Only students who have paid the course fee and are officially on the class roster, may join the online class session.
