This unique non-credit course was developed for adults with developmental disabilities to support their ability to function more independently at home, at work, and in the community. This course gives students the opportunity to explore cooking for different purposes, using a variety of techniques. The theme based classes allow the students to explore new cultures, dining traditions, and foods.
