Gain basic skills and improve your ability in the kitchen. Students will explore measuring techniques, knife skills, cooking terminology, seasonings, meal planning, food safety and more. Please note this class does not include cooking but does include hands on practice. This unique non-credit course was developed for adults with developmental disabilities to support their ability to function more independently at home, at work, and in the community.
