Learn to hula hoop & other flow skills such as poi and staff with Ms. Soolah. Make your own custom hula hoop, poi and staff and at the end of the week we will showcase our new tricks to family and friends! This is a great way to boost confidence, create a healthy movement routine and make new friends!
