Continue the process of strengthening your posture and flexibility. Eliminate chronic pain and learn the root of misalignment and stiffness that can cause scoliosis, bunions, sciatica, back and neck pain, pre-mature aging, and more. Learn the Vance Stance with its originator, Vance Bonner, PhD. In this course, you’ll continue to work on movements that allow you to stand, walk, sit, sleep, and drive in harmony with gravity. Students should wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to participate bare footed on a carpeted surface. Bring a towel to class. It's recommended but not necessary that you purchase The Vance Stance by Vance Bonner, PhD as a companion to the course. The instructor will provide details on how to purchase the book. It’s suggested that you take The Vance Stance: Posture, Awareness, and Flexibility course prior to enrolling in this course but not necessary as all levels, including Beginner, are welcome into either course.
