Intended for students with limited experience, who wish to study music, this course covers the basic elements of music such as note reading, rhythm, scales, key signatures, and intervals. It includes an introduction to keyboard skills and simple ear training exercises.

Please read:  This course will meet on campus in an in-person environment. This class is co-listed with MUSC103-3, 2268. This class is located at the Visual & Performing Arts Center, Room F102. Please check the FCC Bookstore for required textbooks. Each section will include both credit and noncredit students. The expectations for attendance, participation, and effort are the same for all students. The course will be graded for all students.
