Real Estate Workforce Training Certificate • 1 Course
REA 203 Principals and Practices of Real Estate in Maryland
Gain essential skills and successfully prepare for the Maryland state licensing exam with a strong foundation for success as a real estate salesperson. In order to receive an official certificate necessary to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Licensing Exam, participants must attend all 60 hours and receive 70% or better on the final exam.
Home Inspection Workforce Training Certificate • 1 Course
CPD 323 Home Inspection Pre-Licensure
Master the basics of home inspection and work as a licensed home inspector in the state of Maryland. Focus on structural systems, exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating & air conditioning, insulation and ventilation, fireplace and solid burning, and appliances. Successful completion of the program meets the requirements for Maryland state home inspection pre-licensure.
Please note: Maryland Real Estate and Home Inspector state license applicants must be 18+ years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent
