Become a Real Estate Agent or Home Inspector
Begin a new career as a state-licensed Real Estate Agent or Home Inspector. These training programs focus on preparing you for Maryland state licensing exams; valid licenses eligible for academic credit conversion.

• REA203 Principles and Practices of Real Estate in Maryland
or
• CPD323 Home Inspection Pre-Licensure
Duration & Format
• Duration: Three months*
• Timing: Evening classes*
• Classroom Format: In-person participation required
* A three-week home inspection daytime bootcamp is also available.
Requirements
• Real Estate: State of Maryland requires at least 60 hours of classroom instruction prior to exam
• Home Inspection: State of Maryland requires at least 72 hours of classroom instruction prior to exam.
• Participanting students are required to be on time and sign in/out for each class.
