Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) approved Motorcycle Safety courses are now enrolling at FCC. Training is provided certified Motor Vehicle Administration and Motorcycle Safety Foundation instructors. Upon successful completion, individuals with a Maryland driver’s license receive a Motorcycle Safety Program Completion Certificate, indicating MVA requirements have been met for a Class "M" license, valid for six months from date of issue. It may be presented at an MVA full-service office to receive a Class "M" license.

Please Note
• Due to COVID-19, students must bring required riding gear including DOT compliant helmet, full fingered gloves and eye protection.
• Each State may have different motorcycle licensing requirements from that of Maryland. If a student's driver's license was issued in a State other than Maryland, it is the student's responsibility to verify that these Maryland State Approved Courses meet the student's state's requirements to receive a motorcycle license.
