FCC offers Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) approved Motorcycle Safety courses. Training is provided by instructors certified by the Motor Vehicle Administration and Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Upon successful completion, individuals with a Maryland driver’s license receive a Motorcycle Safety Program Completion Certificate, indicating MVA requirements have been met for a Class "M" license, valid for six months from date of issue. It may be presented at an MVA full-service office to receive a Class "M" license.
