This course gives students the opportunity to explore cooking for different purposes, using a variety of techniques. The theme based classes allow the students to explore new cultures, dining traditions, and foods. Disclaimer: While we take precautions to ensure a safe and clean environment, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free classroom.
