Course Sequence
• CAH487 Patient Care Technician/Advanced Patient Care (Offered in Spring only)
Duration & Format
• Program Duration: Six months
• Timing: Evening classes
• Hybrid Format: In-person and online participation required
Requirements
• English reading and listening skills*
• Must be at least 18 years of age and a Certified Nursing Assistant to work as Patient Care Technician
• Physical exam before Clinical; negative TB test, current vaccines including COVID-19 series
• Current AHA Basic Life Support CPR card or SAF157 CPR Basic Life Support registration.
• Background investigation, fingerprinting, and drug testing (cost included in program fees)
