In this class, we’ll discover mindsets and practices like hygge, saunas, hot tubs, beer spas, wild swimming, the Law of Jante, and Iceland’s unofficial motto, Þetta Reddast. Explore relaxing Nordic holidays such as Jolabokflod, Vappu, and Blót. This class is for globe-trekkers and armchair travelers alike, with tips on visiting these relaxing locales as well as creating beer spas, Nordic minimalism, hygge, and more right in your own home.
