Nordic folks have some of the most chill lifestyles on the planet, and their remarkably robust health statistics prove the benefits of their commitment to low stress living. In this class, we’ll discover mindsets and practices like hygge, saunas, hot tubs, beer spas, wild swimming, the Law of Jante, and Iceland’s unofficial motto, Þetta Reddast. Explore relaxing Nordic holidays such as Jolabokflod, Vappu, and Blót. This class is for globe-trekkers and armchair travelers alike, with tips on visiting these relaxing locales as well as creating beer spas, Nordic minimalism, hygge, and more right in your own home.
