A cost benefit analysis of beekeeping. This course will help you decide if you should make the investment or just buy honey. We will go through a year with the bees and the expenses associated with them. The instructor recommends that you purchase Honey Bee Biology and Beekeeping by Larry Connor and Dewey Caron. Price is $90. It is not a required purchase. More information about the book will be provided by the instructor during class.
