Welcome to CEWD Registration
Thank you for your interest in Continuing Education & Workforce Development at Frederick Community College (FCC).
In a recent conference call with the Frederick County Health Department, it was reported that the Delta variant is more contagious than the previous COVID strains. The incidence of infection in the County is on the rise. To keep our College safe and mitigate the spread of the Delta variant, we will continue to follow all published guidelines from the CDC, Governor Hogan's Office, and the Frederick County Health Department. We will be following all health protocols with masks required in all indoor spaces. Learn more >>
FCC is now offering courses in a variety of formats, including in-person (on or off campus), online (entirely online), structured remote (online with scheduled class meeting times), and hybrid remote (a combination of in-person and online participation).
New Self-Service Feature
Managing changes to your class schedule online
We know, life happens. Plans change. And sometimes those changes include the need to cancel a class registration. You can now do this online with our self-service cancellation feature, or the "self-drop" option. Available on select classes up to 7 days prior to the class start date, this option is now accessible from your account dashboard. To get started:
- Sign into your account
- Scroll down and click "Go to My Dashboard"
- Click Menu (the green drop down option) on the left side of the screen.
- Click Cancel and classes eligible for self-drop will be displayed.
- From that list, click the class you wish to drop, or remove, and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
Online Registration is Always Open
Program offerings include workforce development and lifelong learning opportunities. Online registration is always open. Select a program area from the left drop-down menu or browse all classes to get started. Phone registrations are accepted during business hours, Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 301.624.2888.
