The Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Institute (HCTI) offers degree, certificate and workforce development programs with real-world learning, expert instruction and hands-on training.

In addition to Accredited by The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) Accrediting Commission, the Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Institute at FCC has again earned honors as one of the Top Schools for Culinary Students in the country. Our exclusive 3-course dinner menu offers your choice of course selections consisting of starter, entree and dessert, as well as a beverage. Prepared and served to you by our students, meal prices begin at $38 per guest and are all inclusive.    All proceeds directly support student learning in the Hospitality, Culinary, and Tourism (HCTI) Institute. Donations to the HCTI Scholarship Fund are appreciated and may be made using the giving envelope presented with each guest check. Gifts to the HCTI Scholarship Fund are managed by the FCC Foundation, a 501 c 3 tax-exempt organization.

200 Monroe Restaurant

At the College, 200 Monroe Restaurant delivers a capstone learning experience for HCTI students. Showcasing culinary and hospitality newly-acquired skills, students work in an open-kitchen restaurant setting during their final semester of the program. Learn more >>
