For intermediate and advanced string players, performing music of the Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Contemporary periods will be the basis for study and performance. Students will study elements of melody, harmony, and rhythm in a variety of music arrangements.  Participants of all ages are welcome but must have had at least a year of study on their instrument. Please read:  This course will meet on campus in an in-person environment. This class is co-listed with MUSC122-2, 3676. This class is located at the Visual & Performing Arts Center, Room F109. Please check the FCC Bookstore for required textbooks. Each section will include both credit and noncredit students. The expectations for attendance, participation, and effort are the same for all students. The course will be graded for all students.
