Frederick Community College (FCC) invites you to enjoy a gourmet dinner at 200 Monroe Restaurant, a multiple Diner's Choice Award recipient. Join us for a high-quality dining experience as our students, under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Maître d’ instructors, showcase their hospitality and culinary skills in our open-kitchen restaurant setting. As a guest at 200 Monroe, you play an important role in supporting student learning by providing valuable feedback about your dining experience. Our exclusive three-course dinner menu offers your choice of selections including first course, entrée, dessert, and beverage, for an all-inclusive price between $40 - $48. Reservations are required.
Please note, only accept credit card payments are accepted. We are unable to accommodate food allergy requests. All proceeds directly support student learning in the HCTI program and are managed by the FCC Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. (*With the exception of November 20 and 27.)

Director of the Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Institute Elizabeth DeRose recently received national recognition for incorporating modern culinary technology into the HCTI culinary kitchen. With a Perkins grant, DeRose secured Rational iCombi Pro ovens and advanced audio-visual equipment, significantly enhancing menu flexibility, recipe consistency, and production efficiency. Frederick County Public School students may receive free tuition through Dual Enrollment at FCC for all courses. Fee and book scholarships may be available for select programs. Students should first talk with their high school counselor if they plan to enroll in an FCC workforce development course or program.
